SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and to Europe (Zone 1 of the Swiss Post, countries for which Priority Plus consignments are available, excluding overseas territories : Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Isle of Man, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Türkiye, Ukraine).
Where applicable, import taxes are to be paid by customers.
We strive to process orders and to submit them to the Swiss Post within 72h. Orders are shipped by A Mail Plus in Switzerland and in Liechtenstein, and delivery time is typically 1 business day. For orders shipped to Europe, delivery time may vary depending on the destination country ; please refer to this document.
You will receive a tracking link for your order once it has been submitted to the Swiss Post.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of the order. Products may have been removed from their packaging, but they should be in their original, pristine condition. Packaging and hanging method must be returned in their entirety. Returns are at the expense of customers. Once we receive the products and if everything is in the required condition, we will refund the cost of the products. The initial delivery is not refunded.
