Shipping to Switzerland and to Liechtenstein: Orders are sent by A Mail Plus, delivery time is typically 1 business day.

Shipping to Europe: We deliver to countries listed as Zone 1 by the Swiss Post, and for which Priority Plus consignments are possible. This covers the following countries (excluding overseas territories): Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Isle of Man, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Türkiye, Ukraine.

Where applicable, import taxes are to be paid by the customers.

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of the order. Products may have been removed from their packaging, but they should be in their original, pristine condition. Packaging and hanging method must be returned in their entirety. Returns are at the expense of customers. Once we receive the products and if everything is in the required condition, we will refund the cost of the products. The initial delivery is not refunded. Please write an email to info@inaffirmations.com to initiate the return process.

Debit and credit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay.

The CHF. 3.25 fee that you can see in your card / at checkout covers basic production costs. It notably includes the little black envelope and ribbon, as well as the shipping box. This fee remains fixed regardless of the number of cards you choose, allowing us to offer our products at low prices.
